In this field, please specify:
Your shoe size in men's US (women must subtract 1.5 sizes from your shoe size to get the correct measurement)
The color shoe you want (white or black)
A detailed description of what you would like painted on your shoe. If you have an example photograph, please send it directly after the order is placed. You can send the image via instagram DM @charmecustoms or email charmecustoms@gmail.com

This is the fun part, where you can really let your creativity shine through! With the exception of the below terms, Charme Customs will paint whatever you can dream up.
No nudity, harmful/offensive imagery, or political messages will be fulfilled. I reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these terms.
It will take 2-3 weeks once you have placed your order for your shoes to be customized.
If you want your shoes to be painted ASAP, add the "rush order" item to your cart & purchase it with your shoes. It costs an extra $35 for a rush order, and it will bump your shoes to the front of the production line and have them finished within 4-7 business days.
As soon as your shoes are complete, we will get them shipped off to their new home.
No, all sales are final. Due to the nature of these personalized products, we do not do refunds or exchanges. Please make sure your size is correct before ordering.
Store your shoes in a cool, dry, dark environment.
Spot clean with a damp cloth.

If we believe that your order violated our "No harmful/offensive imagery, nudity, or political messages" policy, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
You are welcome to place a new order if your order was cancelled with updated imagery that suits our policies better!
There is also a possibility that we just have too many orders coming in at the same time and we don't believe we will be able to get to yours in time.
